With your help, we develop a statement of scope, objectives, and participants in the project, review the charter with your assigned QSN consultant, and we drive results through the use of the charter.
Stakeholder Analysis
With your help, we identify key customers, review stakeholders with your assigned QSN consultant, and work with appropriate customers throughout project as a team.
Communication Plan
We develop a plan for communicating with stakeholders, review the plan with your assigned QSN consultant, and manage all project communication according to the Communication Plan.

During this ongoing phase we check in, evaluate performance and determine if any shifts are necessary.
Client Check-In
We initiate contact with you throughout the project, obtain feedback from you regarding the start of the project, and we work with you to determine a solid strategy for successful management of the project.
Consultant Check-In
We initiate contact with your assigned QSN consultant, obtain feedback from the consultant, and collaborate to refine the project strategy based on performance.
Peer Reviews
We initiate contact with your assigned QSN consultant, obtain feedback from the consultant, and collaborate to refine the project strategy based on performance.
Dashboards & Schedules
Together, we create dashboards or schedules, keep them updated, and identify project blockers to manage risks.
30 & 90-Day Review
We meet with you and your QSN consultant to evaluate progress, apply feedback, and ensure success benchmarks are met.
qsnDEBRIEF™
This is the final phase of our project where we regroup and transfer knowledge.
Closeout Staging
We schedule a final staging meeting and review support completion to prepare for project closure.
Project Extension
If needed, we extend the contract and keep your consultant engaged to ensure continuity.
Punch List
We finalize outstanding tasks, publish a punch list, and work with your consultant to complete it.
Project Recap
We verify that everything is complete and perform knowledge transfer to your internal team.
